Dear Rev. Y.T. Wee In Singapore,

Greetings in Jesus Christ's love, Our ministry in Nias Island is well and the Lord is working there adding new converts. It is all by God's grace. On June 23,  2002, we baptised 10 people in Soonogeo (note : the former mission church in Nias) and there are some new converts ready to baptise too. We're planning to do it on July 21,2002. Would you mind praying for them?

Our vision and mission is that we are longing to reach every region in Nias Island. (note: there are 22 regions and 5 regions already reached. The mission church of Soonegeo will be the center of the ministry). We want to hope to see these souls born again and able to hear the truth of the Word. The church building (in Soonogeo) is still uncompleted and needs much more fund. For windows, doors, and bathroom, we need at least 10 million rupiahs. Would you mind praying and let the Lord makes His way of blessing for the building?

 We have already opened a new mission church on Jun 30 located in Tuhegewo village, Amandaya region, 10 km walking on foot from our place. There, if God will, there will be 35 people being baptised on July 21. Please remember them into your prayer.

We have received faith promised of your church given through Pastor Markus. We thank you very much for your prayer and support we received. Our hope and prayer. Let this church keeps on supporting our ministry in Nias. That is all our report from Nias. We hope that someday, Rev. Wee and the church are eager to visit Nias Island.
